Selling on EmberPlay is designed so you never deliver on trust alone.
The buyer has already paid
When an order is placed, the buyer's payment is already secured in escrow. You deliver knowing the money exists.
You are paid when the order completes
When the buyer confirms delivery, or 72 hours (3 days) after delivery if they don't respond, the sale price minus the platform fee is added to your seller balance. Promo codes never reduce what you earn — EmberPlay pays for the discount.
Disputes are decided on evidence
- A buyer must attach photo or video proof to open a dispute.
- You have 24 hours to respond: agree to a refund, or contest with your own proof.
- If you contest, or don't respond, EmberPlay Support reviews both sides' evidence and the order chat, then decides.
- On every order you can see the buyer's history: how many orders they have received and how many disputes they opened.

Private by design
Buyer details and any stock items you upload (keys, logins) are stored encrypted. Chat messages can't be edited or deleted by either side, so the record is reliable if there is a dispute.
Payouts
You withdraw earnings in USDT. Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by EmberPlay. A crypto payout can't be reversed, so always double-check the address and network. See fees & payouts.
